Nizar is a person who is sociable, passionate and has a vision for the future. He has been involved in the Training and Development of People since 2011 and has various experiences, ranging from company operations, namely sales and marketing at branches, managing inventory and warehouse management as well as managing sales teams in the distributor industry and after sales service for heavy equipment.
Over the years, he has trained for the sales team, inventory team, warehouse guard team, mechanic team, staff and section head level in heavy equipment distributor companies. Nizar has been extensively involved in developing training modules and exam questions for Leadership, Excellent Service, Communication Skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making, and Negotiation,
His experience while serving in branch operations and his interest in developing people, led him to increase and expand his competence in order to strengthen his ability to create training modules needed by company employees from the lower to the upper levels. Nizar took several certifications, ranging from Business Consultant, Leadership / Self Growth Coach, Master Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Neuro Linguistic Program, and STIFIn.
In fact, he was chosen to be one of the Coach/Counselors in the “Employee Assistance Program” at the company where he worked, and he is the only one who does not have a psychology background. The reason for the company to appoint and involve Nizar in this program is that he has a certification that is in accordance with the objectives of this program.
He also runs a series of public trainings for various entities and he is also very thick with material on CREATIVE Communication that can be applied to everyone and every level with the aim of improving each individual's communication skills.
The training is structured through online and offline media, where the material is always started from “BIG WHY”, “WHAT”, “HOW TO”, “Call To Action” from the trainees who follow the training modules that he provides, so that the training has an impact and change for the participants.
He conducts online training through several online platforms as well as existing social media and helps several companies to help change the mindset of employees to be in line with the company's vision and mission.
He strongly believes that the most effective training is to use the 70:20:10 formula, which is 70% on the job training; 20% Coaching/Mentoring/Counseling; 10% Training in Class. This method can accelerate the improvement of individual competencies of every employee of the company and organization, even general individuals.
